Winter is the quiet season in the vineyard—but it’s also the most intentional. This February, we invite you to step into that moment during our Winter Vine Craft & Pruning Immersion at the Grand Reserve Inn. Guided by our vineyard team, you’ll learn how each winter cut shapes the wine to come, then transform vine canes into handcrafted keepsakes and gather fireside for a hearty seasonal lunch with wine.


This is not a tour or wine tasting. It’s a working, immersive experience designed for those who want to feel closer to the land, the craft, and the people behind the bottle. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and authenticity—and once it’s full, we close the gates.
